Pulau Ubin

Iman says "Hei kengkawan, semalam kan kita orang pergi Pulau Ubin. Kita orang tak pernah pergi sana, so Mama ingat kita kena bawak passport... hehehe. Pagi-pagi lagi kita orang dah keluar rumah, Abah drive sampai Changi Village dan park depan Ferry Terminal. Tapi bukan naik ferry, kita naik BumBoat, harga $2.50 seorang, dan kena tunggu 12 passengers baru boleh boat boleh bertolak."
Nadhirah says "Kita naik bot pada pukul 10 pagi, dan perjalanan dia sekejap aje, cuma 20 minit. Abah cakap 2 jam, sampai si juliana stress takut muntah. Bila kita sampai kat Pulau Ubin, kita orang pun cari tempat rent bicycle. Tapi kan tak faham dengan harga rent, semua kedai taruk $2 per day, tapi bila kita rent 4 bicycles, total cost jadi $18."

Juliana says "So selepas kita orang sewa basikal, kita pun menuju dengan map untuk ke Chek Jawa. Kita cycle tepi rumah kampung, kedai-kedai lama, dalam hutan, tepi-tepi quarry, nak dekat sejam tapi tak sampai-sampai jugak. rupa-rupanya kita salah jalan. Kita cycle menuju ke east side, sepatutnya ke patut ke west side. Cycling kat sana seronok tau, pasal banyak slope, tapi yang tak syoknya kalau kena tolak bicycle naik slope, penat seh, tapi bila turun slope.... wooooooshhhh, toksah tekan brake, macam roller coaster..."

Yati says "Fooooohh penat sekali dong... kita naik basikal, kayuh, tolak, naik bukit, turun bukit, macam nak pengsan. Kalau kena road biasa takpe, ni road berbatu, kalau jatuh foooh boleh koyak kulit. Ada parts tu dangerous jugak tau, so berhati-hati sikit bila cycling kat sana. Ada banyak batu nisan bawak pokok... hehehe. Lagi satu, kat sana takde warung kedai melayu, so bawak makanan bila nak pergi pulau ni. Anyway, kita orang sampai jugak ke Chek Jawa. Naik tower, jalan boardwalk... kepenatan dan kepuasan."

3X says "Actually sehari sebelum pergi, kita invite Syurgawjir family to come along, but they had to work and school, but we were thinking, what if they went along too... I don't think RMS can handle it. There were tombstones under the trees along the way, malay and chinese cemeteries just beside the roads. You had to push your bicycles up the slopes, and then cycle down only to meet another one up-going slope. Be prepared to have a heart attack when going up the stoney path. So if you want to lose weight and lose your mind at the same time, come to Pulau Ubin, an adventure awaits you!"
